Project Description
Cost is always a concern for any project, I don't how much it is true in real life but it is at its best when responding to RFPs. I must say it is a skill to offer Maximum with Minimum cost. I have been done five Maximo project estimations, planning and pre-sales support. Most of the cases we did win and delivered on budget, slipped a little bit on time a little bit.
