With ever-changing business scenarios, maintenance managers responsible for Maximo system are really on their toes to meet end-user demands. I have developed a significant amount of new features and customized existing. These features added huge value to the business process and probably it would be good to have as standard Maximo features. They were not the easy ones technically.
